Hi, I'm Tom, a fully qualified Personal Trainer and certified Diet & Nutrition Coach. At just 18 years old, I bring over 3.5 years of hands-on training experience, fueled by a deep passion for fitness, health, and helping others achieve their goals. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to take it to the next level, I'm here to guide you with customized workout plans, tailored nutrition advice, and ongoing support. Step 1: Intro Call & Plan Selection
Start by giving me a call where I’ll explain how the service works. You can then choose a 4-week, 8-week, or 12-week plan. Once you’re ready to proceed, you’ll make your payment, and I’ll send an email to book a consultation call to gather your details.
Step 2: Receive Your Plan
After the consultation and payment, you’ll get an email with PDF files containing your personalized plan. The plan will include everything you need to follow, along with the features specific to your selected package.
Step 3: Final Feedback Call
Once you’ve completed your program, we’ll send a follow-up email to schedule a final call at your convenience. During this call, we’ll ask for your feedback and invite you to complete a short survey to help improve our service and reviews.
